US-Italy Womens Return Leg on ESPN3
The all-important return leg for the United States Women's national team against Italy will be streamed exclusively on ESPN3 tomorrow at 2pm Eastern. ESPN has chosen not to air the game on any of its cable services but opt exclusively for the internet steaming service that is seeing more and more exclusive events. The game will air from Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois.
The US took the first leg 1-0 on a goal in injury time on November 20, thus needing only a tie tomorrow to go through into the final draw. A video of the goal scored by substitute Alex Morgan, can be seen here:

If tomorrow's leg ends in a US win or tie, the Americans are through to the final. An Italian 1-0 victory would result in two 15-minute overtimes and penalty kicks if needed. A multi-goal victory by Italy sends the Italians through. More information on the game is available here:

As this game is the biggest in many years for the Women's Team, it would certainly be hoped that ESPN would have found a place to locate the game on a cable channel. However, the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend is crowded with college football games on the ESPN family. A potential destination could be ESPN Classic, which is airing reruns of a sportswriter interview show. If you do receive ESPN3, the link can be found here:
