Neymar left with his pants down after step overs (Santos v Goias)

After rejecting the advances of Chelsea during the summer transfer window, Neymar has guaranteed his status as pin-up boy of Brazilian football.

Hopes are high that the Santos forward can follow in the footsteps of Pele and Robinho who both came through the ranks at the same club.

Neymar however has been having some problems scoring from 12 yards. He missed again from the penalty spot in the 2-0 win over Goias last night.

Goias keeper Harlei easily saved and Neymar has now been demoted from penalty duties after missing four of his last nine spot kicks.

Incredibly, that wasnt Neymars most embarrassing moment in the Brazil Serie A match last night, as this video will testify.
