VIDEO: Manchester Citys Gareth Barry & Joe Hart filmed at a boozy Scottish student bash

A group of Scottish-based university students had a night theyll never forget when Manchester Citys foursome of Gareth Barry, Shay Given, Joe Hart and Adam Johnson all turned up at their party and began revelling with the impressionable youngsters.

According to The Sun, the City players were up in Scotland to play some golf and refresh themselves after their 3-nil hammering to Arsenal last weekend. While a mini-break could have been a good idea, one suspects that Roberto Mancini will be less than pleased to have seen four of his first team squad filmed with dozens of students, with Barry in particular caught drinking from a liqueur bottle on camera.

The Current Bun, latching on the story that had the seedy ingredients of Premier League footballers, students, booze and film, reported the Premiership players bought rounds for the youngsters in the local Lizard pub, before heading to the party in student digs at 1am.

The quotes published in the red-top were also eye-opening.

They were drinking and signing autographs for everyone. Joe Hart was throwing 50 notes around like confetti. The flat where we partied was like any student digs, with mouldy food and a fridge packed with beer. For some reason we spent most our time packed in the kitchen singing, and telling the players how great they were.

For Joe Hart, who appeared on camera right at he end of the film, this is the second time in a matter of weeks that the England goalkeeper has been recorded in drunk-like situations after he was filmed at a stag party in Spain. (See here.)
